There are many themes but not many with support. So much easier to focus on other things when a theme has all the bugs worked out and if you have a problem they respond the same day rather than days/weeks out. Thanks guys! much appreciated, providence is awesome!
We love the Providence theme. It works perfectly for our spice and olive oil store. With so many SKUs we needed a clean design. We also had great help with a small formatting issue. The service was prompt and efficient.
I love this theme. It is very easy to customize and very clean looking. I am not a developer but I did most of the customization on the theme and needed my developer only for a few small changes. I also contacte their support team for a small issue on the blog section and they fixed it and added some customized codes to make it the way I want it to look. They fixed the issue within 24 hours.
We are busy building out our store, and the support has been superb. They are "on it" and care about their customers. I would highly recommend this theme, which is flexible, easy to use, and the documentation is excellent.
