Amazing customer service and that's why is gets my 5 star recommendation. Meghan was extremely helpful and made sure we launched our website as planned on time and with with no delays. The template is great. Specifically designed to boost sales. I am grateful for the support and very happy we chose Providence. 1000 Thank you Meghan!
I had been nervous about switching over, because a designer had tweaked my original and I was afraid I would not get all the items I had added to a basic Shopify theme. I took the plunge and am so happy I did! I am amazingly pleased with the support that Meghan gave me. Back and forth the emails flew, and the answers were in simple terms, super easy to follow. Felt like she was sitting next to me.
We recently gave our website www.rockypointtile.com an overhaul. After demoing several web store templates through shopify we decided to go with providence. Meghan has been fantastic answering all of our questions, as well as assisting us with small tweaks to get the website just the way we want! The homepage is nice and the product pages are fantastic! Nice large images. Give this one a try!
I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge what a great customer service experience I have had with Meghan. From the quick replies to the helpful tips, thank you for being very patient with me as I get more and more comfortable with the Providence theme. I'm so glad I chose your guys theme.
