Bought the Pursuit theme for $300 and styled it last Thursday. I found 3 bugs right away and submitted a support ticket which said they respond within 24 hours. Almost 36 hours later Nick responds with a comment right off the bat “ These look like issues that might've been caused by a recent app install.” He didn’t even look at my store to determine the real reason for the bugs. Still waiting …👎
We did our best to assist, and even provided some free custom coding to address a preference they had about how the theme should work (not a bug). When we told them we were having trouble replicating one of their other "bugs" and how they must use Shopify's free Search & Discovery app to setup filtering (which is required for all themes), they were put off and removed our access.
