Poor theme especially on mobile and the support team never goes above and beyond like other theme support. Will be switching.

Reach is a gorgeous, trending theme with many options for tweaking the design. I especially appreciated the tech support from Pixel Union. They were quick and responsive and even expedited my requested. I'd recommend working with any of Pixel Union themes!
This is an absolutely lovely theme. And as someone who is pretty hopeless at technical stuff I have manage to get it up and running with no trouble at all. At one point I had to get help with something and the support was fantastic - speedy, personal and simple clear guidance. I'm delighted with my theme!
The theme is great and we get great feedback from customers on its look & ease of use. I did have a couple of requests for minor adjustments and the support team was really helpful in resolving and/or directing me the right way for resolution. Happy with the support received from Corey, would recommend this theme and you can be assured the support is there if you need it!
