The theme has offered us a much sharper and professional representation of our brand. Special shout to Guhan from the themes support team who has been exceptional in their support and responsiveness as we learn to get the most of our new theme.

Beautiful theme so far. There are a couple of features that I think should be added such as have more options in image banner text position, upload our own card icons to match our brand, and more design options for cart drawers. Support has been great in answering questions too.

Very bad theme, waste of money and time, impossible to add custom codes. When buying, customers do not see the flocking of the jerseys I want an answer

I had some issues, but they solved it, so I am happy now. This theme have a lot of nice sections. It match perfect with my business.

This theme is excellent, it provides all we need to not only present our products in the shop enviroment but also great looking landing pages too. Its also worth mentioning the support is excellent, which can never be overlooked in terms of an essential feature of any theme that costs money!

I've had the 'refine' theme for a couple months now and I've been so impressed with the features and layouts. Before I was using the free Shopify themes and was hesitate about paying for an upgrade. it's been SO worth it, my site looks so more interesting and reflective of my brand. I emailed the support team 2 days ago and they've already replied and updated some custom code for me...THANKYOU!

Really capable theme and great, quick support.

Excellent theme and support. Ample options to customize look and feel. I had a number of bonehead questions for support and each time my question was addressed with competence and kindness.I had a minor feature request and they updated the code right away. I am fully satisfied with this template and recommend it to others without reservation.

I chose this theme for features shown in the demo—currency switcher, mega menu, and promo popups—but none of them work in the “Default” variant. I’ve tried contacting support, but their site shows a “504 Gateway Time-out” error. I urgently need help resolving this so I can publish my site.
