I've had the 'refine' theme for a couple months now and I've been so impressed with the features and layouts. I chose this theme for features shown in the demo—currency switcher, mega menu, and promo popups—but none of them work in the “Default” variant. I’ve tried contacting support, but their site shows a “504 Gateway Time-out” error. I urgently need help resolving this so I can publish my site.
