We are exploring the theme and we are having a really good experience with the support. For us that is really importatn because we believe that with their help we will be albe to get a fantastic web.
We really love this theme and it's capabilities. We moved to this theme a few months ago and have already seen improvements in conversion and AOV. We had an issue with the sibling images appearing too small on product pages and within hours the support team responded with a solution.
I am selling home decor and furniture. The theme is very flexible, the ready blocks are well designed and it is easy to make a beautiful web store. Support is fantastic! Quick response time and based on my feedback they have also developed the theme.
