This template is gorgeous, it has taken quite a lot of customising and work on my end to get it where I want however the team have provided assistance from time to time.
Unfortunately, we cannot help you with issues that arise from merchant customizations or 3d party apps. This issue does not happen on other merchants.

This update adds a list of new features and fixes minor issues
Added
- Added new "Overlay group" that allows the merchant to add custom popups
- Added age verification popup
- Added custom badges support, upto 4 badges
- Added "Variant option for swatches" that allows the merchant to easily define the variant name for color swatches
Fixes and other improvements
- Make sure all 4 mega menu promotions show on mobile menu
- Switch to using new image_filter
