Things such as apps, specific settings or even custom code can cause some aspects of a theme to not work at times, but we are more than happy to investigate this with you.
It is a very good theme and before we encounter any problem, the dev team rectifies it in the new releases very promptly.

The best theme we've used, and its free! Highly customizable. Regular updates and improvements. Would like to see some feature to handle opening external links in new tab, and ability to customize email signup box colour individually if possible.

I've been using this theme from the start. It's so clean and I'm glad they have updates going on. I've been using an old update 13.0 for months without problems, and got support to help me figure out how to update with all the hyperlinks I want. Great stuff!
