Hey there, the demo store displays the responsive setting correctly since it displays the photo with the full height of the image. If an image of that width displayed fully, there would be white-space on the top and bottom of the image. Hello, when you download a theme it will appear in the Online Store section of your admin and it will not automatically publish it as your live theme! This is so you can edit Refresh before publishing. Also, the demonstration for Refresh doesn't copy over onto your store, it's meant to show how you can use the theme and you are meant to edit it to match your own branding and business.
