Service is extremely poor, theme design logic is flawed, and the main image on the product page consistently fails to load.I need to know where I can file a complaint against them.

Hi CANEST, The theme loads the main product image correctly. The delay comes from a third party app script. Apps work independently from themes and only the app developer can fix their script performance. We are available if you want help identifying the script.
