I must say I love the theme, it's beautiful. I am very disappointed that, now when we need support the most, none is forthcoming. We reached out to support last Friday about an issue. We were told that our issue was being prioritized. Customers cant select variants and add to cart. 4 days later, still no help, except that it's working perfectly on their side. No attention to further emails.

I was really excited about this theme. Part of that was the reviews and positive score, along with reports of great customer service. However, none of those experiences reflect mine. I have been waiting for a week for a response on what should be a simple customer service request. I wrote a second time making my request and conveying the urgency, as a company launch is pending. Nothing.
