Responsive

I was really excited about this theme. Part of that was the reviews and positive score, along with reports of great customer service. However, none of those experiences reflect mine. I have been waiting for a week for a response on what should be a simple customer service request. I wrote a second time making my request and conveying the urgency, as a company launch is pending. Nothing.

This type of theme works well with the type of industry my company is in.

Support has been good, no complaints. I do wish for the back in stock notification it could be automated as manually emailing customers is extremely brutal.

I purchased this theme three years ago and I love it. I don't need much help because it is very useful in so many ways but when I do, the team is always super helpful and resolves my issues. It has been well worth the money I spent and more. I originally had the Instagram integration but it has since gone away. I am not sure why but I am glad I got the theme anyway- 10/10 recommend

We have been using the Responsive theme for years. We love the features, clean look, and long-running support. While we haven't had many issues over the years, when we have had them pop up, the OOTS team took care of us very quickly. I have nothing but praise for the Responsive theme and Out of the Sandbox!

The Responsive theme is great, but the best part is the support provided by OutOfTheSandbox. It truly is EXCELLENT ! Update 5th April 2022 .... another quick support request, handled promptly, effciently and professionally .... why buy your themes anywhere else ?

We've been using this theme for over six months. Its easy to work in, and they've anticipated a lot of needs (so a non coder like me can pretty much do what we need). We've not used support much but when we have reached out, they've gotten back to us super quick with just the fix we need. I would definitely recommend for a beautiful, clean website with a ton of resources in the documentation.
