the theme is good, the customer service not, they take one month to answer, and it's the same answer provided before, unacceptable. Now, 5 years later this company is harassing me by email to update/remove the review. Here’s the updated version 5 years after.

We emailed you to let you know that a new version of the Responsive theme was available, and highlight some of the new features - sorry to hear that this was not helpful for you!
Customer service is great. Thank goodness for them. Love this Theme! Been using it for 5 years! :)
While the Theme is very flexible there are some things that would make it even better. To list 2, the ability to get rid of space between sections. I you want it great but if you wish to reduce scrolling it would be nice. The product page seems to be two columns. It would be nice to access the area under the image separately. As with lengthy descriptions or bundle add-ons.
Responsive theme is great! Documentation is great, support is quick, and the best part... the videos! I have professional background as a Technical Writer so I'm always looking at docs/videos. Their videos are helpful, well organized, and always include useful info. Well done! When I've had other questions, Support has been so helpful - and quick. Thank you!
Responsive 9.1.2 removes a console error when using the theme editor.
Responsive 9.1.1 updated all existing presets and included several performance improvements.
