Support has been good, no complaints. I do wish for the back in stock notification it could be automated as manually emailing customers is extremely brutal.
We've had several questions about making slight adjustments to our website lately, and Byanca has been incredibly patient and helpful. We are also working with a number of other customer service support members who are equally helpful. Quick response time to our tickets, and clear explanations/images of what actions we can take to adjust our requests.
Awesome theme! Have used it on 2 stores for the last 7 years or so! Great support, even to this day. Highly recommend.
