Responsive

Not happy after I found out that none of my paid $180 for the theme, as well as $500+ for custom changes that were not carried over when I updated to the new version of the theme. I contacted customer service and requested that these custom changes be carried over. However, they declined and suggested that I pay a developer. No thank you, I would prefer to start over with a better supported theme.

There were some issues with the theme when I first bought it, but they were resolved after I left an unhappy review. Support responded fast after I contacted them. They let me know that the issues I was experiencing were bugs. Unfortunately they didn't resolve them. I was contacted maybe a day later about my review, they quickly fixed the issues. Now I'm 100% satisfied & I love the theme!

I got quick responses on the same or next day that came with more than one solutions to my queries. Great.

Once again the support team at Out of the Sandbox came through with speed and accuracy. Responsive is a great theme with many powerful features. Occasionally I will get stuck with a customization and the online support always gets it right. Thanks!
