I bought the theme in 2016. Our developer needs to fix something ASAP. I tried to register the theme but it will not and says the main email can not be found. I wrote customer service instead of just helping to update the email its taking days to get this done. Nothing is resolved yet. I gave my store name and current master email why cant you just update it?

The theme is a great match for my brand. While Shopify gurus are painfully slow on chat and have little to no coding abilities, support from the developer has been timely and on point.
the theme is good, the customer service not, they take one month to answer, and it's the same answer provided before, unacceptable.
