It's an attractive theme. Buyer beware - the theme says it has "free updates"; this app comes with a hidden monthly cost to update unless you spend the time to reset all your customizations each time. It is a subscription model, false advertising.
A very good customer support. The theme is really easy to customize, so what more could you ask ? Thanks to OUT OF BOX.
While I like the theme layout - to get even the minor assistance from the theme with modifications such as uploading logos from a chamber or business organization for the benefit of social proof - it is taking a super long time. Only email responses with guidance on how to do the work yourself. Yet certain aspects require coding and if you need assistance - no one responds.
The Responsive theme has been great for our store. There are more built-in settings than other themes we were considering which saves time and money. We are currently updating the look of our store and decided to stay with Responsive since we love the clean modern look and the support service from Out of the Sandbox is outstanding.
