We had a mobile view issue and it was resolved in a couple of days after contacting them. We really appreciated the work they did by not giving up and carefully going back to look into the issue again. Also, the theme's user experience is great and we have not had any major issues with the theme.
I have been using this theme for quite a bit and I'm very happy with it, it has lots of features that are easy to use; besides, people from technical support are very efficient and friendly.

I have had a very good experience with this theme and support. It is my first attempt at setting up a Shopify website from scratch and there was definitely a learning curve as I am used to WordPress.
