We have been using this theme for years. It is so far the best theme we found to present our products. The customer service is prompt when needed.

The drag-and-drop sections make updating content a breeze. It's fully responsive, and our customers have complimented how easy it is to browse and shop. The customer service is great.

Super buggy and restrictive theme, not great responsiveness, and not well-optimised. Issues with CLA also. Swapped to Craft (free Shopify theme) which instantly improved loading speed, CLA and responsiveness. OOTS support is awful too - they still haven't fixed the gallery bug.

We have been using Retina since its very early versions. It makes the job so much easier to develop a decent Website which our customers can navigate easily and get their order done. Besides the beauty and function, the developer, Out of the Sandbox, has an impeccable support team: fast response, to the point directly and very professional.

Theme is great to use and updates came that have been much needed and happy to get. Had a problem with one issue in the software and received help from Myles. He was great! The problem was not a problem, just us not executing something correctly. Highly recommend!

We had a mobile view issue and it was resolved in a couple of days after contacting them. We really appreciated the work they did by not giving up and carefully going back to look into the issue again. Also, the theme's user experience is great and we have not had any major issues with the theme.
