Awesome theme for us! Had to contact support once (the issue was actually a third party plugin) and they got back to me asap in a very positive and helpful way! The theme does everything I want it to do and more. Great for our yarn store!

Super buggy and restrictive theme, not great responsiveness, and not well-optimised. Issues with CLA also. Swapped to Craft (free Shopify theme) which instantly improved loading speed, CLA and responsiveness. OOTS support is awful too - they still haven't fixed the gallery bug.

Theme is great to use and updates came that have been much needed and happy to get. Had a problem with one issue in the software and received help from Myles. He was great! The problem was not a problem, just us not executing something correctly. Highly recommend!
