We’ve used this theme for years and have had minimal issues that require contacting customer service although when we needed them they were very responsive and helpful. The theme itself is easy to use & navigate and looks beautiful. Each update that OOTS does improves the theme and we’ve had no issues. We would highly recommend the theme and Out of the Sandbox as your website source.

Really happy with all the help so far!! Sometimes I needed to wait a bit for an answer but it’s all worth it in the end, trust me. Their replies are very much detailed so pretty much every issue is solved within one or two emails. Thanks again!!!

We previously owned a successful online store, using shopify & ab out of sandbox theme. So when we decided to create a new online business, both shopify & out of sandbox were out natural first choice. We love the Retina theme & had awesome help, from Bianca at Out of Sandbox. Highly recommend them. 👍

Terrible customer service! Reached out to them for support and they do not reply to emails and just put you on a wait list which is never ending! We are just ignored! Theme is flawed: Wide display doesn't work, can't add buttons/text on home page. Product variants show wrong pricing. Their solution: Hire external paid help they won't help! Update: Another issue, and another time they don't help.

Great support! Nothing has ever gone wrong with our theme, but I do contact Out of the Sandbox when I'd like to make changes. They are always very helpful and stick with your ticket until you are satisifed.

Excellent theme, with many flexible options and great features. The support team helped me resolve a number of issues, although it took longer than what I'd expect, but at least they got back with a solution at the end. keep it up!

Very Nice theme. I have had a theme for a few years now. Easy to update and the OOTS team is available if there are some bugs that show up along the way.

I had an issue with the theme which led me to buy a second theme from the same developers. It took a while for the issue to be solved and now they have refunded me for 1 of the themes. The theme itself is very self-explanatory, editing is very easy and it looks very nice

Honestly this theme provided a lot more than I expected and its so easy to update! Beyond how good the theme is, the developer has been SO available and detailed when helping that its definitely well worth the price. Thank you all for the amazing help!
