Retina

Super buggy and restrictive theme, not great responsiveness, and not well-optimised. Issues with CLA also. Swapped to Craft (free Shopify theme) which instantly improved loading speed, CLA and responsiveness. OOTS support is awful too - they still haven't fixed the gallery bug.

I've been using this theme for several years now, and it consistently delivers on what we need. Customer support is super prompt and efficient — providing actual answers that work :)

I am thoroughly impressed with the Retina theme and look forward to using it again in the future. The customer support team is exceptional, responding promptly and efficiently to resolve any issues. Their level of service is exemplary and should serve as a model for others.
