We’ve used this theme for years and have had minimal issues that require contacting customer service although when we needed them they were very responsive and helpful. The theme itself is easy to use & navigate and looks beautiful. Each update that OOTS does improves the theme and we’ve had no issues. We would highly recommend the theme and Out of the Sandbox as your website source.
Really happy with all the help so far!! Sometimes I needed to wait a bit for an answer but it’s all worth it in the end, trust me. Their replies are very much detailed so pretty much every issue is solved within one or two emails. Thanks again!!!
Terrible customer service! Reached out to them for support and they do not reply to emails and just put you on a wait list which is never ending! We are just ignored! Theme is flawed: Wide display doesn't work, can't add buttons/text on home page. Product variants show wrong pricing. Their solution: Hire external paid help they won't help! Update: Another issue, and another time they don't help.

We previously owned a successful online store, using shopify & ab out of sandbox theme. So when we decided to create a new online business, both shopify & out of sandbox were out natural first choice. We love the Retina theme & had awesome help, from Bianca at Out of Sandbox. Retina 7.0.0 introduces Section groups, updates to the Predictive search feature, a bug fix for the "Enable fixed ('sticky') header" theme setting, and a new theme setting to customize the "Continue shopping" link on the cart page.
We've added support for image focal points, addressed several accessibility errors, and renamed "Recommended products" to "Related products". In addition, we've fixed an issue where split product descriptions would not appear on the product page, we've also fixed an issue where disabling the "Enable Back in stock request form" theme setting would break a number of JS-related components.
