A beautiful theme, that has been relatively easy to use. Lately, our speed score has declined dramatically, and I am told that mobile is the problem. Frustrating, as I do not have a budget for continual customization. Now looking at other themes.
We just launched our store using the Retina theme and the setup went like butter! Out of the Box provides extensive documentation and instructional videos to get started. And when I needed guidance on how to accomplish a particular advanced thing I wanted to do, tech support went out of their way to assist me - beyond the call of duty! I'm looking forward to this new relationship!
Price variance coding in the shopping cart does not work. Took us quite a bit of time and energy to adjust it. The Developer was not helpful.

Retina is a great theme created by a great company. The theme is beautiful and easy to customize and Out of the Sandbox has a lot of support articles. It's nice that the theme is updated regularly (about once a month currently) with new features and improvements. The design of the site seems to be good as far as performance and SEO go. Out of the Sandbox is very responsive and supportive as well.
