Very happy with this theme and the tech support that I received so far. I’m able to manage a very clean minimal appearance that I was looking for.
The Retina theme is truly nice and will use it again. The customer support is very good. They are very quick to respond and get any issues resolved. More customer service should be this way.
I have had a very good experience with this theme and support. It is my first attempt at setting up a Shopify website from scratch and there was definitely a learning curve as I am used to WordPress. Theme support is very responsive and easy to work with. They helped me tremendously as I navigated the theme, even helping me with small CSS code changes. I highly recommend buying this theme.
Retina is one of the best looking themes with super customization to boot, but it's the amazing customer service that really takes the cake. I have been a customer since 2015 - and the support and self-help documentation on their site is awesome. Not to mention they update the themes all the time. Fixes and other improvements
- Fixed back-in-stock form submissions to show the correct product variant.
- An error is no longer shown in place of dynamic product recommendations for single-product collections.
- Sections set for wide display now appear the correct width on Android browsers.
- Fixed issues with the product page URL where analytics parameters were not being passed properly.
- Fixed column framework display.
- Fixed issue with product description tabs breaking when containing list item tags.
