Retina is a great theme created by a great company. The theme is beautiful and easy to customize and Out of the Sandbox has a lot of support articles. It's nice that the theme is updated regularly (about once a month currently) with new features and improvements. The design of the site seems to be good as far as performance and SEO go. Out of the Sandbox is very responsive and supportive as well.

Customer service is a joke. I have used this theme for over ten years. I ask for help because I switched to another theme and then ended up going back to one I had on my account and now it's not working. I had app companies go out of their way to help, but Out of The Sandbox coudn't be bothered to even look at it. STAY AWAY!!!!
