I recently had the pleasure of working with John, and couldn't be happier with the service he provided. I had an issue with my site and despite some initial challenges, John's dedication and expertise shone through and he ultimately resolved my issue. So thankful!!
We had a mobile view issue and it was resolved in a couple of days after contacting them. We really appreciated the work they did by not giving up and carefully going back to look into the issue again. Also, the theme's user experience is great and we have not had any major issues with the theme.
I have been using this theme for quite a bit and I'm very happy with it, it has lots of features that are easy to use; besides, people from technical support are very efficient and friendly.
Have been using this theme for years and couldn't be happier. On the rare occasions that I had to contact support for customizations they could not have been more helpful, and fast, too!
