Please avoid! I had Shopify partners look at SEO issues, and it turns out the code is bugged and will rewrite itself, ultimately stopping our site from appearing on Google. So much time and money down the drain because of one decision to pick this theme. Please don't make the same mistake I did! Pick a different theme!
Hey there, the only files that would 're-write' themselves are .json files - which record what is changed within the settings of the theme editor. Our developers created our 2.0 themes with SEO in mind and nothing within the theme directly would stop Google from displaying your site. I use this theme to run a busy store, no issues. Has the best design for us, and I use a ton of custom code to expand it - works fine. Don't understand the negative reviews.
