This theme is awesome. I found shopify a bit difficult at first but with this theme my dreamsite came to life! It works easy and has a beautiful look and feel. But the biggest advantage is the amazing customer service. Once I had a question the team got back to me within minutes (!) and provided all the answers I needed that saved me a lot of time.
I am super happy with the theme so far. Very easy to customise to get the look I am after, it helps that the theme looks great to begin with. When I got stuck and needed help Paul from support was super quick to get back to me and figure out an solution for the problem, great customer experience. I would definitely recommend this theme for anyone who is looking to sell physical products!
We are so pleased with the Sahara theme. It has so many capabilities that our original Shopify Dawn template did not offer. We sought additional dev help from the Digifist team and they were extremely helpful and quick to implement our requested changes. We cannot wait to launch the new site with the Sahara theme! A highlight is having videos of our product play on auto loop!

Theme is great and love it for our shop. Customer service is responsive if they receive your message. So, I'd recommend following up with them if you have no response to your support request as typos in your email address would mean you won't get a response from them.
