Great experience so far with support for DigiFist. Very quick to respond and were able to assist with most issues I had. Im confident the level of support will remain high for the future. Also for beginners / less experienced website builders a very pleasant experience!
I love this theme, it's comprehensive and beautiful. However, the lack of clickable out-of-stock sizes makes it difficult to display "sold out". I contacted support, bc this affects our "Back in Stock Notify" app and inventory management. Despite this, I highly recommend it for its functionality and design, their support is great, responsive and helpful. I hope to see improved stock notification.
I have used many paid Shopify themes. This one was by far one of the most expensive themes I have ever paid for, so it is shocking that the support team is VERY unhelpful. Unlike other theme support teams, they will not go into your store even just to check things. Really bad. Other theme support will go as far as to make custom code for you and make changes in your website per your requests

If you're looking for a beautiful theme that's well laid out, modern, and easy to use then I would hughely recommend Sahara. It's super customisable and the support team are very fast responding and helping with any query. We are very happy with it. Thank you for creating such a wonderful theme it was exactly what we were looking for and well worth the money spent on it.
