This theme support has been disappointing. It took multiple exchanges before they properly addressed an app compatibility issue that glitched the site, leaving us to unsuccessfully try to troubleshoot it ourselves. Additionally, their support is not compatible with the AEST zone. Save your time and money and look for better support as we've discovered no refunds on themes allowed.
Thank you for your feedback. The issues you encountered were due to the third-party apps you installed, not our theme. Despite this, we identified the problem and provided support promptly, even though Shopify's terms state merchants are responsible for third-party app issues. We strive to assist all our customers efficiently and fairly.

I was in touch with Paul, and the communication was outstanding, as was the solution. This theme has done wonders for the look and feel of our store. The customer service has been exceptional too. The few issues we had were resolved in a very timely manner. Would recommend!
