The theme Sahara impresses with a quick setup, beautiful design and a great range of features. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for beginners. I would appreciate a bit more customizability to better tailor it to individual needs, but otherwise, it's excellent. The fast and responsive customer service is also a major plus. Highly recommended! :)

This theme support has been disappointing. It took multiple exchanges before they properly addressed an app compatibility issue that glitched the site, leaving us to unsuccessfully try to troubleshoot it ourselves. Additionally, their support is not compatible with the AEST zone. Save your time and money and look for better support as we've discovered no refunds on themes allowed.
Thank you for your feedback. The issues you encountered were due to the third-party apps you installed, not our theme. Despite this, we identified the problem and provided support promptly, even though Shopify's terms state merchants are responsible for third-party app issues. We strive to assist all our customers efficiently and fairly.

The moment we saw this theme, we were in love. Even better than all the features and wonderful visuals is the support you get from DigiFist. I was in touch with Paul, and the communication was outstanding, as was the solution. I truly felt supported and taken care of, which is the most you could ever ask for when creating an ecommerce store.
