I have a Problem with my Hero-Section. I added a Video and the Video in Version 2.1.4 is Perfect positioned. But in the 2.1.5-2.1.6 the Video is cut on its own and i cant use the newer Updates

It's a great theme. I honestly have no idea why people dislike it. Sure maybe at first it can be difficult to understand how exactly everything works but once you know the customizations are endless! The only thing I would suggest to do is try to implement so that the "Hero" image/video can be customised seperately for desktop and mobile. Because the desktop version looks weird otherwise haha

Hey there, we really appreciate your thoughts and feedback about Savor. Our developers have worked hard to get Savor to spot where many businesses can benefit from a free theme, as much as they can from paid themes. Your reference to different images for the Hero section on mobile compared to desktop is feedback we've recieved and have considered for future releases.

Hello, all of our new free themes (such as Horizon or Atelier) essentially are the same skeleton with different settings out of the box. These themes also have more customization options than our free 2.0 themes such as Dawn. If you need help navigating the theme settings, please contact our Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA).

Let's do another one. I am having issues with this theme. Why can't you get live support anymore when we have issues. This theme has some serious issues and you can't get live support. I have done everything AI said to do and it is now saying pay for a shopify partner to fix. WHY do I have to pay to have an issue with the theme fixed. Shopify used to be better than this.

Hi, thanks for your review! The Product Card block displays based on it's parent section (such as a Featured Collection). Sound on uploaded product videos still doesn't play

Thank you for your feedback. This decision was made to enhance user experience. Since buyers may scroll through product images on mobile devices with the volume up and earbuds in, having videos play sound unexpectedly could be unsettling. If you need sound for your videos, we recommend including it in the product description or using a video block or section further down the page.

I have some problem with the policy pages, somehow they overlap with the header and it is not possible to change them at all (with some block or something else)!

I think this theme gets a bad wrap if you do not know what you are doing. The learning curve compared to dawn or some others would be steep as a beginner. The code is pretty clean, easy to change if needed, has a ton of options that might confuse a first time user unless you understood why or how something was made. It has a lot of features you see in high end expensive themes. Just needs a blog..

This theme is causing me major issues with Google's Merchant Centre, and is notoriously difficult to work with, I've had to "glue" it together using a bunch of Custom CSS, it's not very beginner friendly. Wouldn't recommend to someone starting out. Also in the latest update the Blog sections complete fell apart for all the blogs, specifically the images, I didn't do anything except update.

Hello, thank you for your honest feedback. To fix the blog sections images, go to the blog posts in the admin. You will find them under Content in the left hand sidebar. Click on the post where you want to add an image. Add the image. Give it a few minutes to update in the editor.

Hey there, we appreciate you sharing this. Our developers are aware of there being no section for Blog Posts and are actively working looking into it. You can keep track of any updates made to Horizon through the "Support and Documentation" tab on this page, as it may be something that's added in the near future (or added capability to the Custom Section rather than a Blog Section on its own.
