To display different content, you can create alternate templates from the top bar menu in the Theme Editor, and then later assign them to products from the product editing area (see https://bit.ly/33s2n9B)

Hey there! While the 'Text' color will be the same on both 'Background' options, you can set one of the 'Accent' colors to the background of your choice and use the 'Solid button label' option to control the color of text in sections using the Accent color as the background (see https://bit.ly/3CjKLd0 for example)
