As a Store owner and user of Shapes for any months, I could not be happier with the theme. The UX experience, functionalities, integrations and the wonderfull customer support makes it an amazing option for those looking for a Shopify theme. Highly recommmend it for those looking to open a store or change theme.

Their team said we would get a full refund if we didn't use the theme in 12 months - he's a snake and your should check other reviews on products. As a fellow CEO this is so silly ro write but they're just not ethical and I would wish to not deal with them again if I were you.
We never said this. Our first communication with this merchant was when they reached out to us asking for a refund and threatening negative reviews. As per Shopify Terms, all theme sales are final. We can't process refunds on our end, for all refunds you must contact Shopify's billing team.
*****REAL LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Kind, considerate, to the point, HELPFUL. Emails were always answered - and sometimes it was my goof that they resolved without issue. Theme is easy to use with a lot of flexibility. It's FUN TO BUILD. This was such a pleasant experience - I admittedly went overboard on the spinning stickers and colorful patterns, which I eventually slimmed down.
