Showcase

I set up my business after retiring. I chose Showcase based on the looks and these reviews. I'm happy with my decision. Their support has been 100%. They are consistent in response time and work through an issue until resolved. Even some features that I have asked about that are not supported in the Theme are part of future upgrades. You could do a lot worse.

At first, we were quite satisfied with their theme. When we encountered problems while using it, the theme developers were very enthusiastic in helping to solve them.

Every time I've contacted them, they've been prompt and helpful, always giving me a clear answer.

We have used this theme for years and it’s great. Videos and graphics load fast and their customer service even made a video for us to help us with multiple products on a page. Very sleek theme!

Great, so simple to migrate to the latest version. I got in touch with the team as i was on a version from 2018 and they were so helpful and even provided a mini video to show me how to do it ( from the technophobe!)

It’s a great theme with a good range of capabilities. The support team is very helpful and replies typically within 24hours. Would recommend!

So far I have been very happy with the theme - some small glitches with the translation of the theme not being in Finnish, but the theme support was very helpful resolving those issues.
