We paid the license for our dev site to work on it. Once we published it on our live site, they asked to pay the license again. They asked shopify to shut our site which was down for 2 days. We lost sales and had to pay again the license for our live site. We contacted them and got no response. So we had to pay again the license. Very upset. I hope they refund us the second payment.

We can only act on the information that is provided to us by Shopify and their systems don't provide the ability to link dev store theme purchases. You need to ensure you have the theme purchased on the store you are using it for. Our team has reached out to continue the conversation.

Beautiful but slow. Once I switched to Showcase my website slowed to barely a crawl. I changed nothing from previous Shopify template, same compressed images, same apps, same everything - but in the Showcase template my speed and conversions hit rock bottom. I got the standard fix suggestions with no one really listening to my issues. Now I am shopping for another new template.

We are happy to still work with you on your current version and see if we can pinpoint what may be causing the issue. Our demo stores report no problem so must be something unique to your case.

I've had very little trouble with this theme, and whatever troubles I did have were dealt with very quickly and efficiently, ultimately proving to be a problem with my settings and not the theme! The support is amazing, I can't fault it. If SHOWCASE isn't the right look for you, then I'd suggest trying another Clean Canvas theme. Support is vital, and it doesn't get any better than this.
