Please don't apologize. 1. 72-hour non-reply after-sales service. 2. 100% multi-language checkout is not supported, and all third-party translation software cannot translate their checkout pages. 3. There is no bug-fixing cheat service, they will copy an existing theme of yours, and then tell you that he has modified it
We sent a few emails to help this merchant with no reply. Maybe you are not receiving them? Regarding your issue, the theme has no control over translating the checkout area. That is all controlled by Shopify directly and is the same on all themes. Please reach us again if you have additional questions and we apologize for any inconvenience.
This theme has all the features I was looking for: a side-bar menu, support for very large inventories, a beautiful, clean look, and best of all, great support. This theme is so flexible and easy on the eye. Everyone that I've shown my new website to is so impressed, and I owe it all to this theme. I highly recommend it!
Not happy with these theme features, talking about Product detail page very confusing and complex structure they create with infinite conditions.
This customer left a review almost immediately after contacting us for help. We attempted to help, but they said the issue was resolved and did not reply to us again. We still don't know what they mean about "complex structure" on the product pages. The ShowTime theme has very simple options for the product page. Anyway, we did the best we could to assist this customer.
I was searching for a Theme with more features matching our requirements. I found it with ShowTime. it is truly "Show Time" now. Installation was easy and no flows. Their Support Service is fast, easy and truly perfect. Something I never experienced before. I would recommend this Theme to everybody. A truly happy customer.
