Sleek's product page has weak core features: limited variant grouping, and too many variant images that slow loading and hurt UX. Prestige gets 10–15 updates a year, while Sleek gets only 4. As for merchants who buy Sleek, their only consolation is probably that Sleek's own customer service is diligent enough.
I experienced an issue with the Sleek theme on mobile, where certain fields and interactive elements were not responding properly. I reached out to the support team and received a very quick response from Charles. He immediately investigated the problem and helped me resolve it efficiently. Communication was fast, clear and professional throughout the process.

We had an issue with the Sleek template where the Profile Log In wasn't opening on mobile at all, and Linh was quick to step in and go above and beyond to fix it!
