Is there no way to have different menus on different templates in the header? No matter on which template for collections or pages I change the menu in the header, it overrides the default template.
Hey, all page or product templates do not contain information for the header or footer - these are separate. So it's not possible to have a different header show for a specific product template without editing the theme code. You could reach out to a Partner Developer through the Shopify Partner Marketplace (https://bit.ly/3Idxo0a) to get a quote for adding this functionality into your theme.
I love the look of it but lacks even a basic menu. This makes it not a very trustworthy looking site.
Hello, thanks for sharing your feedback. Spotlight is designed for quick access to a small collection of products, but you still can add a menu to your header. You need to travel to your theme editor, then click on Header and from there you can choose a menu to display.

Hey there, this is something that can either be done using custom code added to the theme by a developer, possibly from the Shopify Partner Marketplace (https://bit.ly/3Idxo0a) or by using an app from the Shopify App Store (https://bit.ly/3M9GxtV). You can search for the term "Sold Out" and several options will appear.

Yes, you can change the sort of the "all" or "catalog" products page by creating an automated collection in the admin called "all".
