Hey there, H1 tags are added to these pages when you add sections and fill in the "heading" rich text box. For example, the homepage having a Slideshow section - there is the option to enter a Heading for this section on each slide. After this has been added, the homepage will recognize this as the H1 tag. Please reach out to our Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) for help with your concerns!

Hello, for new accounts, reactivated accounts and when moving from a Starter plan into a Basic or higher, it can take a minimum of 12 hours for apps to register that your store is able to download them. If it's been more than 24 hours and you still cannot download apps, please contact our Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) so that we can look into why your account isn't compatible with some apps.
