Customer service was great in trying to help us get our full-width-feature working as advertised, but after 1.5 weeks of back and forth, we ended up with a F-W-F which needed the creators intervention just to edit. So we walked away from the $190 and left Shopify for Wix, and accomplished everything in a few hours. Should have tested this theme more before purchasing. No refunds.
