For an utter novice, the Startup theme was surprisingly straightforward to use for the most part and elegant. However, it has been the wonderful staff at Pixel Union that's made all the difference regarding my experience with the theme. They are responsive and helpful, and I know that if I have an issue I can rely on them. Many thanks to everyone at Pixel Union!

This theme has some high end features like alternating content, testimonials and a formatted FAQ page already built in. The support is awesome as well and very responsive.

We started with this theme for an Indiegogo campaign and now we're running a store of 10 products with more coming. We've made a lot of customisations to tweak the theme and the support team have been incredible. It really makes the difference between frustration and results.
