For an utter novice, the Startup theme was surprisingly straightforward to use for the most part and elegant. However, it has been the wonderful staff at Pixel Union that's made all the difference regarding my experience with the theme. This theme has some high end features like alternating content, testimonials and a formatted FAQ page already built in. The support is awesome as well and very responsive.
