A HUGE RIPOFF. I've bought the Startup Theme and over the last month, any time I've had issues the support team says "it's out of our scope" and wants me to pay someone to fix the issues with their theme. The Startup Theme is just the Debut theme with a slider added to the main page. Do not buy anything from these guys. $180 for a garbage theme with lots of issues that they won't fix.
Really nice clean theme with excellent customer service support.
100% recommend this theme and the makers! Robert has been a massive help in getting big and little tweaks done. The theme has one of the most options in different sections I've seen so far. Thank you!!
I've now used Pixel Union themes across 5 different Shopify stores over the last 5 years, including StartUp on two of them. I have only good things to say about their approach to customer service and support. They respond quickly and accurately, assisting with issues and solving problems in the smoothest way. Nice work team!
