A super easy theme to create your store in. But it's the support you get that makes the difference. Super responsive and flexible in making sure your site is how you want it. Highly recommend this theme.

What impressed me the most is how fast the team provide the adequate support. That makes me feel free to focus on the content of my web shop rather than dealing with problems I am not familiar with!

I chose the startup theme because of its ease of use and speed with which I could get my website up and running. I love the OS 2.0 upgrade which makes all pages as customizable as the home page. It's literally drag-and-drop and changes take minutes. Customer service is responsive and gives you the exact solution you need. Thank you Corey for giving me the CSS tips to modify the look of my site!

Startup is a great theme for us. It does everything we need it to do and it runs very well with many of the apps that we use. More importantly though, the support from Pixel Union is always very responsive. Their devs are quick to resolve any issues or conflicts with other code that pop up from time to time, to make sure the site runs optimally.
