The initial support was slow and not very helpful, but they did respond to my issues later on. While the assistance didn't fully resolve my concerns, I appreciate the effort to follow up.

Do not recommend. Slow speed and loves the line "your issues are out of our scope" with any question or concern sent their way. Expect a 2-3 day wait during weekdays for a reply unless you leave a negative review, they'll be at your front door.

The theme is great if you have a clothing store. Instead of having 50 apps, you can have this just one theme that has most of the features you need. As any theme, it has a glitch here and there. But overall, it has everything I could possibly need. The style is really clean. Highly recommend it.
