Absolutely amazing theme - the best we've ever come across on Shopify. We've not yet needed to work with support yet as everything has worked 'out of the box' for what we need; but we have no doubt should we need any customisations that the Maestroo team are exceedingly capable and will probably be able to implement without any issues.
Absolutely beautiful theme! Michael, the lead-developer has been incredibly helpful and positive towards input, whenever we've had design requests! Amazing customer service.
We were amongst the first ones to try this theme. Soon enough, we realised that it is actually a well put together theme that complements a high end store like us. Support has been courteous and prompt with solutions. Some people have expressed dissatisfaction regarding lack of features and support, but our experience has been good so far. The theme does it's job well.
We took a risk with the newer template. We’re glad we did, our site looks amazing. Most developers refuse to help with the smallest of quick fixes or simple CSS code needed. But not this team. They were eager to help and immediately helped me fix a few things.
It has bugs. Images on product page wont load. I've emailed multiple times, its been weeks and still no response. No theme support.
Sorry to hear you're facing issues. Note though that we answered in 2 days, not "weeks". As we explained, your issue is due to major changes you did to the code, which is not covered by our support. We reached back to you on July 5th to help you restoring the original code, but we did not hear back from you for now. If you're still facing issue, please answer to our support.
The most exciting theme I’ve seen so far – absolutely perfect for websites that don’t need a shop function. Sections like the Dynamic Grid give you the freedom to create a wide variety of animations, making the whole experience super fun and diverse. Also, amazing theme support – definitely a clear recommendation!

Even "stretch" needs to cap out somewhere. Being infinitely stretchable makes for a horrible user experience on large screens. I had to modify it to make it usable on larger screens. Spoke to Maestrooo about whether there's a way within the theme to introduce a hard cap on the stretch width, however there wasn't. Had to solve using CSS, which wasn't ideal. Beautiful looking theme otherwise.
Our theme Stretch concept is indeed around the "full-width experience". We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with this. Having said that, the customers on very large screen (> 27 inch) are quite small. We however took note of your request and might consider adding a limit in the future.

Ich bin schon von dem Theme Prestige begeistert gewesen. Das Stretch Theme ist unglaublich - einfach nur ein tolles Theme wo man einiges machen kann, vorallem die Nachrichten Box im Header finde ich Mega Beste Grüße Markus
