• The version 1.1.0 introduced a regression that caused overlay sections to not be visible. We apologize for this issue.

Developers

• We have removed the importmap polyfill from the theme, as Shopify will now automatically load importmap polyfill for older browsers. This change should not impact any customizations.

Added

• We have added the "news modal" section to the overlay group. This section allows you to show up to 10 news (such as product announcement) directly in the header.
• The "Text with media" section now has a new "Autoplay" setting that you can turned off when using a video as the primary media.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue in the featured collection section where the "View all" button was not displayed on mobile devices when the tabs alignment was set to 'start', even though the "Show view all button" option was enabled.
• Fixed an issue on the collection page where the "Sort by" popover opened twice on mobile.
• Fixed an issue with the product gallery control on desktop, where the thumbnails (when set to 'thumbnail over') were sticking to the edges.

• Sold out and discount badges on product pages now match the general product card settings, so that the experience is consistent on both product listing and product pages.
• Price displayed in the shipping bar is now displayed in bold to make it easier for buyers to scan the remaining amount.

• Fixed spacing on the figcaption when it is set to scrolling text
• The arrow on the "Featured links" section will now properly animate when hovering out.
• Fixed an issue in the "mega-menu" for drawer mode on desktop, where the promo blocks would not be properly clickable.
• Fixed an issue where floating filter button would show up on mobile, even when both filters and sort are disabled.
• Fixed filter button not appearing on mobile under some conditions.
• Fixed the Sand preset default settings to match the demo store.

• The theme editor will now show an error when an incorrect date format is used for the countdown timer, to help merchants to spot errors more easily.
